Still Have Questions?

Before booking your first consultation, you may find the answer below.

Yes. All consultations are held online via Google Meet, allowing you to receive personalised nutritional support wherever you are.

Before your appointment, you’ll receive a link to join the consultation. During our session, we’ll talk in real time, and you’ll receive the same personalised care and attention as you would during an in-person consultation.

No. I work with women living in Ireland and around the world.

As consultations are held online, you can access personalised nutritional support wherever you live. Having lived abroad myself, I also understand many of the challenges that come with building healthy habits while living away from your home country.

Appointment times are scheduled according to your local time zone. When booking your consultation, we’ll find a time that’s convenient for both of us.

Yes. My recommendations take into account the foods available where you live, your daily routine, cultural preferences and local food options.

The goal is to create a sustainable way of eating that fits your lifestyle, without relying on specific products that may be difficult to find.

The first consultation usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes, allowing us to discuss your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, blood test results and goals.

Follow-up consultations usually last 45 to 60 minutes.

Yes, if it’s appropriate for your needs. Every meal plan is personalised, taking into account your routine, food preferences, goals and clinical needs.

More importantly, you’ll learn how to adapt it confidently to your everyday life, so you can make informed food choices with greater independence.

In some cases, yes. Some health insurance providers, such as Irish Life Health, may cover nutritional therapy consultations, depending on your policy.

After your consultation, I’ll provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurer to request reimbursement. I recommend checking your cover with your insurance provider before booking.

No. You can book your consultation even if you don’t have recent blood test results.

During the assessment, I’ll determine whether any additional tests may be helpful.

In Ireland, blood tests are requested by your GP (General Practitioner). If needed, I’ll provide a letter explaining the nutritional reasons for the request, which you can take to your GP to discuss further.

Yes. During your nutrition programme, you’ll have ongoing support to ask questions about your consultation and the strategies we’ve discussed.

This means you won’t need to wait until your next appointment if you need guidance or encounter any difficulties along the way.

You can get in touch via WhatsApp or complete the contact form on this page.

Once I receive your message, I’ll get back to you with information about availability, consultation fees and the next steps.

Yes. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms outlined in my Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible.
