Hi, I’m Fran
I’ve been working in nutrition since 2015, supporting people at different stages of life and with a wide range of goals.
After becoming a mother and returning to clinical practice in 2025, I decided to focus exclusively on women’s weight management and health. This decision grew from both my professional experience and the changes I experienced in my own life, as well as my desire to offer increasingly specialised support.
Today, I work with women living in different parts of the world and at different stages of life. Living in Ireland has also brought me closer to the experiences of women building a life away from their home country. It has helped me better understand challenges that go far beyond food and often shape everyday routines, habits and health.

What My Experience Has Taught Me
Over the years, I’ve realised that many women face remarkably similar challenges when it comes to food and nutrition.
Some had already lost weight before but struggled to maintain their results. Others felt guilty about eating, found themselves starting over time and time again, or believed they needed increasingly restrictive rules to achieve their goals.
These experiences have shaped one of the principles that guides my work: a strategy only works if it fits into your everyday life.
Today, my goal isn’t to give you the “perfect diet”. It’s to help you build realistic habits and practical strategies that suit your lifestyle and continue to support your health long after our work together has ended.

Why I Chose to Work Exclusively with Women
Choosing to work exclusively with women happened naturally over time. Throughout my clinical practice, I came to understand that every stage of a woman’s life brings its own nutritional, health and self-care challenges. Becoming a mother strengthened that conviction even further.
Living in Ireland has also given me the opportunity to better understand the experiences of many Brazilian women navigating pregnancy, postpartum and the challenges of building a new life away from their family and support network.
That is why I chose to focus my studies, professional development and clinical practice on women’s health. Today, I support women who want to lose weight, improve their relationship with food, manage hormonal health, prepare for pregnancy or simply feel healthier and more confident through every stage of life.
What I Believe In as a Nutritionist
Sustainable Changes
I don’t believe in highly restrictive approaches because they’re rarely sustainable in the long term. Lasting results come from building habits that fit your lifestyle and can be maintained for life.
Empowering You to Make Confident Choices
Throughout our work together, you’ll learn how to adapt meals, make practical substitutions and navigate everyday situations with confidence. The goal is for you to feel empowered to make food choices long after our sessions have finished.
Understanding Before Changing
I believe it’s important to explain the reasoning behind every recommendation. When you understand why something matters, it’s much easier to apply it in everyday life and adapt it to your own routine.

Beyond Nutrition
Beyond being a nutritionist, I’m also Giovanna’s mum and proud to call Ireland home.
Motherhood changed the way I think about self-care and reinforced something I had always believed professionally: healthy eating needs to fit into real life, not just the days when everything goes according to plan.
I believe in teaching what I genuinely put into practice in my own home. The way my family eats reflects the same principles I bring to my work with clients: simplicity, balance, flexibility and practicality.
